The Customer Care Leader is the guardian of front line customer service at J & J Foods. The Customer Care Leader (CCL) is responsible for the activities that take place during the entrance and check-out of all customers. The Customer Care Leader is to provide exceptional customer care to all customers who make the decision to shop at J & J Foods. Though many duties are defined below, the Customer Care Leader’s first priority is the care of the customers within our stores.
